4 Week Programme

A personalised 4 week training programme to help kick start your health and fitness journey. 

Our four week personalised training programme is for those wanting weekly accountability, commitment and a mixed training regime with both Mel and Arna, we are offering a collaborated 4-week personalised programme that will provide you with the following:

  • Sessions will alternate weekly between the trainers, where you will receive a balanced programme of cardio, core and strength conditioning movements.
    • 1x 60-minute pre-screen consultation and movement analysis
    • 2x 45-minute sessions a week for 4 weeks (Total of 8 sessions)
    • 1x 60-minute review and movement analysis recap
